The application process for each of our services is a little different so we will support you through every stage of the process.
We use a customer focused approach to make sure you receive the support you need throughout the process. All our staff are full trained to help you navigate the eligibility criteria and fill out the forms. We will keep you informed at every stage of the process and make sure you are satisfied with the service you receive.
Disabled Facilities Grants
